Payments

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, and code produced by Proficienttech remain the company’s property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client as stated in the agreement.
ProficientTech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Proficienttech shall not be held responsible for:

Any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
Errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party vendors or circumstances beyond our control.
Website downtime, cyberattacks, or technical failures affecting service performance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project.

Revisions and Modifications

Clients are entitled to a certain number of revisions as defined in their selected service package. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may result in extra charges.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client must compensate Proficienttech for all completed work and any expenses incurred up to that point.
