All payments made to Proficienttech are for professional services and are non-refundable once a project has commenced. Each project involves time, resources, and strategic planning that are allocated immediately upon confirmation.

However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • The project has not yet started, and no resources or time have been invested.

  • The client cancels the project before the initial design, strategy, or development phase begins.

  • Proficienttech is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after the project has begun.

  • Delays occur due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or delayed feedback from the client.

  • The project scope changes after work has started.

  • Services have been delivered or partially completed as per the agreement.


Custom Services

  • Because all our services — including digital marketing, SEO, content writing, web development, and design — are tailored to each client’s specific needs, refunds are generally not applicable once initial work or research has been completed.

Payment Disputes

  • If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first at prosupport@proficienttech.us. We will review your case and make every effort to resolve the issue amicably before considering a refund or partial compensation.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved:

    • It will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated time frame:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
